Well structured for what it proposes. Easy to access and well located. Refrigerated internal environment with common areas on the floors.

Unfortunately, I had to mourn a loved one. The environment is refrigerated, with several rooms with total privacy, comfort and welcome that we need in these difficult times. There is a coffee maker that I highly recommend, although the price for it is above average. Parking is private, free and 24 hours a day.

Maintenance fee is absurd. And you only have the option to pay either a single fee or 4 installments. And the single fee is the same as the installment amount. Whenever I visit the tomb there is a lot of weeds around it or a flower vase is missing and I have to give some "change" to an employee to clean it up.
